MINDFULNESS/METTA FACILITATION and consultation
These consultation sessions are tailored to meet each client where they are and help take them where they want to go. By holding space for you to check in with the heart and mind, Ashley will guide you in tailoring a mindfulness practice that works for you, your schedule and lifestyle. This can entail practicing breathwork, focused awareness, emotional processing techniques, mindful eating, gentle yoga and cathartic movement. Learning to recognize opportunities to integrate mindful awareness into daily life can be cultivated through a variety of practices. Sessions can be particularly helpful in conjunction with talk therapy and methodologies such as MBCT and somatic work.
METTA-IN-MOTION VINYASA FLOW YOGA
One hour vinyasa flow sequences integrating Mindful awareness and Metta lovingkindness meditation. Entails the fusion of breath, movement and cultivation of well-wishes for the self, others and all beings.
